Plancy is an innovative project management platform designed to simplify complex workflows, transforming them into clear, manageable stages. It is tailored for multidisciplinary creative teams, often navigating hiring, contractor collaboration, and restructuring. These teams require a flexible tool that adapts to projects, team changes, and diverse cognitive styles.
Challenge
Our challenge was to establish a strong positioning that enables companies to focus on their work, while equipping managers with real-time insights into unit economics at every stage. The goal was to enhance forecasting accuracy and foster sustainable team development.
Solution
At the core of Plancy’s brand platform is process awareness at every step. We created a visual system where complex tasks are broken down into understandable layers, symbolizing the structured journey of each task—fostering control and confidence.
The color palette balances professionalism and inspiration. Bright, warm tones reflect Plancy’s role as not just a business tool but a source of motivation. The typography reinforces clarity and confidence, ensuring information is easy to process.
The Plancy logo embodies infinity and forward motion, with the repetition of the letter “P” symbolizing cyclical, continuous workflows. This became a core visual element, extending into brand identity, product marketing, and interface design.
All elements of Plancy’s communication system—from illustrations to animations—are based on multilayering. The custom illustration style supports the concept of breaking tasks down into micro-steps, helping users visualize progress at each stage.
One of our core advantages is that we don’t just build brand identity—we integrate it into product development and marketing, ensuring a seamless brand experience across every touchpoint.
